Conduct
1:
TZA Should be at the end or front of your
gamertag.
Your gamertag should look like - "YourName TZA"
If you can't change your GT right now put TZA in your motto.
If you don't have TZA in your gamertag then you MUST have "Tza clan","Tza clan member","tzaclan.net","tza and your rank" in your motto.
Anyone not doing this will be considered as left the clan and you will be removed from the clan list.
Anyone who does not have "TZA" in their Gamertag can only rank up to a Corporal.Anyone who has Put TZA in their Gamertag and then removes it you will be considered left the clan and removed from all clan actitives.
2:
All Members should show respect for fellow clan members and other
players online, either it be on Live or on the
forums/sites.Discrimination or Racism is not acceptable.The putting down or slagging off of fellow clanmates is totally unacceptable and it could result in you being kicked from the clan.
3:
Members can only be in ONE clan at a time, if your with TZA, you cannot join any other clan be it on a PC or any other
console. Doing so, gives us the right to cancel your membership with the clan.You may represent TZA on other consoles or on the PC.
4:
Members should try to accept invites, or where possible join games
with fellow clan members, to help improve team
commication and team work.
TZA members should play & maintain a professional manner.
5:
When clan matches have been arranged, members are encouraged to put their name forward, for the match.
Members should also take part in internal TZA contests.
6:
Members should promote TZA, where possible, via it on xbox live, or internet sites and forums.
(This does not mean you can spam internet forums or
sites, or annoy xbox live members consistently, anyone found
damaging our name this way, will be reported, demoted or kicked out of the clan)
7:
If another clan challenges you to a clan match, consult your captain,squad leader or advise us on the forum of the challange.
Any members found taking in clan matches without the
approval of staff, will be demoted and or removed from the clan.
8:
Only the Clan Overlord, Captains,squad leaders or a member ranked higher than captain, can setup clan matches.
If you want a clan match with a clan, see one of these
members first, who will then go through the official channnels.
9:
No Cheating, if we find out your cheating, you will be kicked out the clan, reported, and your gamertag posted to the
anti-cheating websites.

TZA does not support or encourage: Illegal Drugs, Software and other forms of piracy,Racism in any form,Discrimination,Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Bestiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Harassment, and Acts of Treason.
(TZA Clan MPs are to watch for rule breakers and report them to Zombietom TZA)

Rule Breakers
1. The 3 strikes rules - In some cases members will be issues up to 3 strikes for various rule breaks.If you reach your thrid strike you will be removed from the clan.If you have strikes and maintain a clean record for 3 months, then 1 strike will be removed,stay clean another 3 months and any other strike will be removed.
2. Post count reductions -some members may get a post count reduction due to rule breaking.
3. Bans - Some members may get temporary or permanent bans from the clan website and forums.A permanent ban means you have been kicked from the clan.A temporary ban would mean you need a few days off to cool down but your still in the clan.You may or may not be allowed to take part in clan activites.
4. Probations - Some members will get probations which HAS to be posted in the offending members bio on the top line.During probations periods members can not take part in any TZA clan matches,contest or other activites.
5. Some rule breakers will just be kicked from the clan without being given any strikes.
Squad Rules
1.Anyone wanting to start a squad must first get premission from Zombietom for console squads or PC squads.
2.The squad leader is to select a squad co-leader to help run the squad.
3.Squad leaders should use the forum calendar to list upcoming clan matches & squad practices.
4.Squad leaders are to give a squad update post at least once a month but perferably every 2 weeks.
5.Squad leaders are to report ALL clan match results within 24 hours of match end.Squad leaders found not reporting match results are subject to placed on probation,deranked or kicked from the clan.
6.Squad leaders are to actively look for clan matches for their squads.
7.A clan member can only lead or co-lead 1 tza squad.
8.Tza members can be in multiple tza squads.
9.Squads will be listed as either "ACTIVE" or "INACTIVE"
---ACTIVE: Squad has enough members to have clan matches and is currently having practices and giving squad updates on the forum.
---INACTIVE: Squad is lacking members but could still be recruiting and/or having practices.
10. Squads that remain listed as "INACTIVE" for 90 days are subject to be dropped from the TZA squad list.
Rules to Select Clan Match MVP
1. MVP is to be selected after the match is totally over and all non TZA clan members are gone, You may need to set up a new lobby after the match to select the MVP.
2. Everyone who played in the clan match for TZA gets 1 vote each and you can't vote for yourself.
3. To be selected as MVP you must have a majority Votes. (Example: if 5 tza members played in the match then to get the MVP you would need 3 total votes.)
4. In case of a tie or no one gets the majority of votes, then no MVP will be selected for the clan match.
Gaming Leagues/Ladders -- Sites Like Gamebattles
1. Any clan member who joins leagues/latters/touraments must represent TZA
2. Any and all stats,finishes or prizes must be posted on the forum or sent to Zombietom in the form of a email or a PM
3. If you register on one of these types of sites you are to use "tza" at the end of your name if at all possible.
4. Any questions should be directed to the clan leader or co-leader
5. Playing with another clan/team other than TZA is a rule break and could result in you being Kicked from TZA clan.
Ranking
Clan Leader/Founder:
The clan leader duties are everything, from the running of the clan, to recruiting and axing members where needed,
This rank cannot be overtaken or challenged.
5 Star General:
The 5 Star General is the Highest rank one can get other than Leader or Co-leader.So if you have achieved this rank you should be very proud.This rank shows you help run the clan and are well respected among all members and non members.The 5 Star General's Dutie is to help continue running the clan and help out in all aspects of the clan including: recruiting,updates,clan matches,squads,promoting the clan,training sessions,instruct lower ranked members and more.
General:
The General(s) reports to the Clan Leader. Duties inc helping out members, recruiting members, getting updates and advising the Clan leader, Setup practice and training matches within the clan, arranging clan matches, promote the clan where you go. To get to the rank of General, you must be an active member and take part in site/forum discussions.
Major:
Major's have all duties that are of Captains, Lieutenants and Sergeants.
You recieve updates and inform the
general. Recruit members and promote the clan. Look after the members
and give help where needed, you must be an active member and take part
in site/forum discussions.
Captain:
Captains are in charge of members
on a particular game. You must show leadership. You arrange clan
matches, practice and training sessions. You provide help with members,
and recruit members into the clan. You will give updates to the major
of any new members or any other things (problems, suggestions,
Promotion).
Lieutenant:
You provide help to your captain,
helping out with members and practice/training sessions. You search for
people who would be good to TZA and you would then tell your captain.
Sergeant:
You help with the Lieutenant,
arranging practice/training sessions, scouting for possible new
members, helping your members with any problems or questions.You will be expected to be an example to the members below you and to help them when possible.
Corporal:
The Corporal rank is auto aquired upon recruiting ten members into TZA,keep a list and once you get the tenth new member submit it to a B.O.D. member. A Corpral must fully understand the TZA Code of Counduct and ranking strucutre. As a Corporal you should be able to answer most questions that arise within squads and TZA membership questions.This rank can also be apponited.
Soldier:
You've proven yourself worthy of
solider status, your good at the game, ready when needed for clan
matches, and eager to take part in training/pratice sessions. You
promote the clan where you can, and help advise the higher up member of
possible new additions to the clan.
Grunt:
You made it into the clan!.
You have passed your 1 month Tryout.If you add TZA to your Gamertag you will Auto rank up to Soldier.
Recruit:
You show prospect for being part of the clan, however we need to evaluate you.
You have 30 days to show us what
your made of, after the 1 month perioid, we will contact you or post on the forums, and let
you know if you've made it to Grunt rank.During the 30 day tryout you will not be allowed to veiw the Private TZA forums but will have access to the rest of the forums. You will not be allowed to Join any official TZA sqauds until you pass your 30 day tryout period.
Cheerleaders/Spokesmodel:
TZA SpokesModels/Cheerleaders are to help our public relations. They will answer questions that the public may have about TZA. They will represent the voice of TZA. They will also help in promoting the clan name.
Artwork
Any and all artwork submitted to TZA clan becomes property of TZA clan to be use as they see fit forever.
This includes all banners,headers,sigs,backgrounds,icons,avatars or any other work of art.
